Not gonna sugarcoat it - this one's brutal. Advanced CrossFit programming, competition-style WODs. You need solid technique and mental toughness. We don't mess around here.
Kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells - all the bells basically. Functional strength that carries over to real life. Plus Kara's got jokes so you'll be laughing while you're dying.
Gymnastics-based movements, rings, muscle-ups, handstands. Bodyweight stuff that looks easy but ain't. Great for building ridiculous core strength and control.
Steady-state cardio mixed with bodyweight exercises. Nothing crazy, just good old-fashioned conditioning. Perfect if you're building your aerobic base or coming back from injury.
Boxing and kickboxing drills with conditioning work. Heavy bags, speed bags, mitts. Best stress relief you'll find, and you'll get shredded while you're at it.
Strongman training. Yoke walks, atlas stones, tire flips, farmer's carries. This is as hardcore as it gets. Thor's competed internationally so yeah, you're in good hands.
